As part of our commitment to maintaining a professional and secure learning environment, we want to remind you of the importance of using a school email account responsibly. School email is provided to support your educational experience, allowing you to communicate with teachers, collaborate on assignments, and access important school information. It should only be used for school-related purposes.
NOTE: Using your school email for personal reasons, or sharing inappropriate content, violates school policies and can lead to serious consequences.
Please remember:
1. Use School Email for School Business Only: School email accounts should be used exclusively for communication with teachers, classmates, and other school-related activities.
2. Maintain Professional Conduct: Always communicate respectfully and professionally. Inappropriate language, messages, or attachments are strictly prohibited.
3. Protect Personal Information: Be cautious about sharing any sensitive or personal information, and avoid clicking on unknown links to prevent security risks.
Consequences for Misuse: If a student is found to be using their school email inappropriately, the student will receive severe disciplinary actions. Such actions are in place to help protect everyone’s access to safe and effective online communication.
